MAMADOU - Emergenza Battle-Of-The-Bands (Round 1) 
At the end of this week, on Friday, February 23rd, we will be taking the stage at the Middle East (Upstairs) to compete in the world's largest battle-of-the-bands event - Emergenza! We have a few tickets remaining (at a discounted rate of $10 each - they are $15 at the door). The tix will get you in for the entire night (the lineup is on our web site)!! We are on promptly at 10 PM for 25 minutes of pure MAMADOU performance. Your attendance and votes are requested! Contact us directly (email, phone, or in person) and we will find a way to get you in. We performed in the Emergenza show last year, and thanks to you, we made it to Round 3. This year, let's see if we can make it all the way to Germany! But, that's where we need your help. Again, these shows are a lot of fun, and you are encouraged to see the other talents in the area as they also take the stage. There is a huge variety of music and styles that grace the Boston area, and you never know what you will discover. For over 4 hours of music, $10 admission is a deal! We, of course, want you there to support us. Please visit our site to download, print, and post our flyer for this event (the flyer is a PDF that can be printed). All we ask is that you hang 5 flyers in your area (even if you are far away from Boston). It is a nice way of supporting MAMADOU, even if you can't make it to all of our shows. This is a chance for us to reach a world audience. Last year's finalists (also from Salem, MA) performed in front of over 20,000 potential fans. This is for real! Thank you for your support!!
